For routine service and cleaning, our goal is generally a 48-hour turnaround, depending on workload and what your machine needs. We inspect, clean, adjust, and test the details that matter to help get your machine purring again. More complex repairs or parts orders can take longer.

I've done multiple business transactions with Stacy long distance from my home near San Antonio, TX. She's always been very prompt and knowledgeable. I've ordered software for my Grace Automation and lengths of material. She's been very helpful to me with step by step instructions on how to get started with Grace Automation. Frankly, I don't know what I would've done without her assistance. I highly recommend her and her shop and if I were even within 100 miles I would make a trip in at least every month to see her and purchase.

My sewing machine was leaving a mess on the back side of my fabric. I brought it to Dan at Sew and Saw. After an inspection, Dan found that I was not properly filling the bottom and not putting the bobbin in correctly. They showed me how to do both (without making me feel like an idiot) and it’s worked fine ever since. I’m grateful for their integrity and professionalism.

I just wanted to let everyone know how good it has been for me to shop this wonderful hidden gem right here in Dandridge. I have a Janome sewing machine I purchased 4 years ago that didn’t work correctly from day one after numerous attempts to have it repaired by the people I purchased from, it literally took Dan 10 minutes to fix the problem and the machine works perfectly Thank you Stacey and Dan for all your support time and patience I highly recommend giving this little gem of ours your business Annie

I been in this shop once, they are the nicest people. When I move back this is where I will do my business. I was hunting a good ruler and cutter cz i cant cut straight and my ruler keeps moving. Dan show me how easy it was to cut with true cut ruler and cutter. I bought it and it was the best thing I ever put money toward. Thank you for being so kind.

So thankful for their honesty and the way they learn about you before they try to sell you things you don’t need!!
