Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Sew & Saw. We believe creativity should feel inspiring, approachable, and enjoyable β and that includes being clear about how our website, products, classes, services, and policies work.
By using this website, shopping with us, or participating in classes or events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Website Use
All content on this website β including text, graphics, logos, photos, product information, educational content, and designs β belongs to Sew & Saw unless otherwise noted.
Please do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use website content without permission.
Please respect the time, creativity, photography, educational materials, and original content shared throughout the Sew & Saw website. A lot of coffee, creativity, and late-night project planning went into building it. π
Product Information & Availability
We do our best to keep product information, pricing, inventory, class availability, and descriptions accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors, availability changes, or manufacturer updates may occur.
Sew & Saw reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, pricing, services, classes, or website content at any time without notice.
We do our best to keep everything accurate and updated, although occasionally the crafting universe, technology, inventory systems, or humans being human may create the occasional typo or availability surprise. π
Specialty Equipment & Creative Products
Many of the products we sell β including sewing, embroidery, quilting, and longarm equipment β are considered specialty products.
Fabric cuts, patterns, software, stabilizers, thread, books, digital products, and many notions may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Machine returns and exchanges are handled carefully due to manufacturer policies and the significant resale value impact once equipment has been opened or used.
Classes & Events
Class registrations, workshops, events, and reserved seating may become non-refundable once preparation, materials, project kits, or scheduling arrangements have been made.
That said, we understand life happens, schedules change, and sometimes the creative universe has other plans. π If something unexpected comes up, please contact us and weβll always do our best to help when possible.
User Conduct
By using this website, you agree not to misuse, disrupt, damage, copy, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, services, or content.
Please be kind, respectful, and lawful while interacting with Sew & Saw online and in person.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how information is collected, stored, and used.
No Guarantees
Creativity can be wonderfully unpredictable. While we do our best to provide helpful education, support, products, and inspiration, Sew & Saw cannot guarantee specific project results, outcomes, or experiences.
Limitation of Liability
Sew & Saw shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website, products, classes, services, or educational materials..
Updates to Terms
These terms may occasionally be updated as our website, services, products, or policies evolve. Continued use of the website means you agree to any updated terms.
Questions?
If you have questions about these terms, policies, products, or services, feel free to contact us.
Weβre real humans β not robots pretending to understand fabric addictions. Honestly, we have our own fabric, thread, and project issues tooβ¦so who are we to judge? π
