WHY WE’RE CALLED SEW & SAW
Our minds don't stop creating. Neither does our shop.
Our name came from a simple idea: creativity doesn’t have to stay in one lane. We love sewing, quilting, embroidery, appliqué, crochet, yarn and machine education. We’re proud to partner with Lion Brand, too. And yes, we still create wood art, signs, puzzles and handmade gifts.
One day we started asking: What if a piece of wood art could become an appliqué design? What if a stitched idea became a wooden keepsake? Suddenly, two worlds started inspiring each other.
Sew is for fabric, thread, yarn, crochet, quilts, embroidery and all the things that come together one stitch at a time.
Saw is for wood, signs, puzzles, handmade gifts and those unexpected ideas that make creativity fun.
It’s more than a name. It’s our invitation to make something beautiful—whatever materials you love.

WHY WE TEACH THE WAY WE DO
We've been on the other side of that machine box.
We’ve stood in front of a brand-new machine, excited to get started—then stared at the accessories, feet and buttons, wondering what half of them were meant to do.
We’ve paused the videos. Rewound them. Watched them again. And still wished someone could simply stand beside us and show us how it all fits together.
Most people use only a fraction of what their machines can do. Not because they can’t learn—but because no one has walked them through the possibilities.
No one learns a $5,000 machine from a checkout page.
That’s why education comes first at Sew & Saw. Whether it’s a Brother sewing machine, a Baby Lock serger, a Grace quilting system, or the little notion that changes everything, we want you to understand it, enjoy it, and actually use it.
