Specialty Equipment & Creative Products
Many of the products we sell — including sewing, embroidery, quilting, and longarm equipment — are considered specialty products.
Fabric cuts, patterns, software, stabilizers, thread, books, digital products, and many notions may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Machine returns and exchanges are handled carefully due to manufacturer policies and the significant resale value impact once equipment has been opened or used.
Classes & Events
Class registrations, workshops, events, and reserved seating may become non-refundable once preparation, materials, project kits, or scheduling arrangements have been made.
That said, we understand life happens, schedules change, and sometimes the creative universe has other plans. 😄 If something unexpected comes up, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help when possible.
